About NineStripe

During the summer of 1765, a humble group of who called themselves “The Loyal Nine” met, deliberated, and cooperated under the same unifying belief that the rights and liberties of their countrymen were being stolen by a government that viewed them not as free men, but as a source of revenue stream and monetary gain.  These men were not politicians held in high esteem, nor were they men of great wealth and social power.  These were merchants, tradesmen, and business owners who aspired to shape a greater nation for themselves and posterity for the sole purpose of creating a better life, filled with liberties, for the basic pursuit of happiness that every human wishes to attain.  They assembled under the name of “The Sons of Liberty,” and as their words, thoughts and beliefs spread and began to resonate with the people of their nation, Sons and Daughters of Liberty could be found in almost every community of every colony in the New World.  The outward expression of dissent towards the British Empire and its policies of taxation sent both British officials and militiamen alike into hiding for fear of being punished for their support for a government that no longer respected the needs and wishes of the people.  Their flag, bearing nine red and white vertical stripes, could be found flying on every freedom loving ship and outside every liberty loving household on the continent.  Their movement, from their humble grassroots beginnings, had forever enshrined itself in history as being one of the most influential pro-freedom organizations the world had ever seen.

Today, we see a similar issue arising in our modern American society.  Our government has spent itself into an inflationary cycle that can only be cured by cuts in spending and a return to sound monetary policy.  Our efforts to police and regulate the actions of our people have only resulted in the death and imprisonment of thousands of individuals who did nothing to damage the life, liberty, or property of their fellow countrymen.  We have forced western influence in other nations, resulting in a blowback in violence and hatred that has been unparalleled since World War II.  Our nation seems to be spiraling helplessly out of the people’s control, to the point where standing up to those who control our nation appears to be a foolish and impossible task.

At a time when things seem most dire, it is the responsibility of well intentioned Americans to stand and unite under the the flag of life, liberty, and happiness once again.  It is time to start thinking, start talking, and start acting.  Once again in our nation’s history, the nine stripes which represented our great country’s push for freedom must fly over the United States of America, so that we might regain our peace and prosperity in the nation that was once called the hope of the world.
